Browse without an account

Homeowners can search the directory, read approved profiles, and call a professional directly without signing up or submitting project details. We do not operate a homeowner project-request or matching service.

Professional accounts and information

Professional accounts use Supabase email-and-password authentication. Supabase processes account credentials, email confirmation, password recovery, and account sessions. Verified Pros does not store your password in its profile database. We store the account identifier, business profile, contact information, uploaded profile and work photos, optional license and insurance documents, reference contacts, and review records. Do not upload government ID scans, Social Security numbers, payment details, or raw background reports.

Before sign-in

You can prepare an application and select files before creating an account. When you save for later or continue to sign-in, the unfinished application and selected files are stored in this browser for up to 24 hours. Expired drafts are removed when you next open the application. Files are sent to hosted storage only after sign-in. Use a private device for unfinished applications.

What appears publicly

Only approved profiles with current required checks appear in directory results. Approved business details, business phone and email with the contractor’s publication permission, profile and work photos, and verification scope, source, and dates are public. The profile contact’s private name, reference contacts, insurance documents, review evidence, and account identifier are not included in the public directory.

Private documents and storage

Credential documents are limited to the profile account holder and the owner reviewer. Submissions and review records are stored in a hosted database; files are stored in hosted object storage. The owner dashboard requires sign-in and owner authorization. Hosting and authentication providers process information to operate the service. No system guarantees absolute security.

Concerns and correspondence

If you report a concern, we collect the contact information, related service, city, and description you provide to review and respond. Concerns are not public listings. We do not sell submitted contact information. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to operate and protect the service.

Your choices and retention

Professionals can edit their profiles or remove their profile and uploads in their workspace. Edits remove a listing from public results until reviewed again. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up. We retain information while needed to operate the service, review concerns, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Service operation and cookies

This launch implementation does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting and authentication services may use necessary cookies and operational logs. We do not record searches as homeowner project requests.

Screening and billing

Checkr and Persona integrations are not connected. Future screening collection and consent should occur through the appropriate provider flow with relevant disclosures. Billing is not enabled; the founding offer requires no card and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Separate terms and agreement are required before any future paid enrollment.
